Thanks for dispatching my order, I received my glasses on Thursday night. The Ted Baker glasses are great, I really like them and your service and communication has been fantastic, I just have one problem which I hope you can resolve for me. The Delancy glasses I chose as my second pair free I really like, but the frames are bent. When I put them on a flat surface they wobble rather than sitting flat like my Ted Baker pair. I just went into a nearby optician in my lunchbreak and he straightenedthe frames up really nicely so everything is fine now.

We are extremely pleased with our new glasses, the personal and friendly service was excellent, with several home visits and a follow up a couple of weeks later to see if we were satisfied with our glasses. I was very happy with mine but my husband required a slight adjustment due to the fact that his were variofocals. One of the staff was on the case and without delay he adjusted the glasses to suit.
